You can surely take admission for BA English. The only condition is you should have cleared 12th. It does not make any difference whether you are from commerce or arts background.

The improvement exam notification will release in July. This is totally an online process so there is not any type of difficulty. Your exam can be scheduled for next year with the board exams, without any practicals. The fee structure may be Rs. 200 per subject.

Yes, you can apply for NPTA exam for BBA. It also offers distance learning mode. But for admission, you have to first clear the cut-off of the entrance exam.

You can apply through another state quota. For that, you need to have a great score of more than 90 % to secure admission at MIT.
