Getting calls from IIMs not only depends on academic profile and CAT score but also on co-curricular profile and work profile also. IIMs try to keep diversity in the batch, so they may prefer students from non-engineering background with slightly lower academic profile but a good CAT score. A good score in CAT around 98-99 percentile will definitely enhance your chances to get calls.

Yes, you can pursue CSE, there is no need to have computer science as a subject. For CSE, you need either computer science or mathematics in class 12th.

There are various courses after class 12th. You can pursue medical courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, and BAMS. Else, you can also pursue BPT (Bachelors in Physiotherapy). Also, you can pursue B.Sc in different fields like Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Microbiology, Zoology, Biotechnology, Forensic Science, Genetic Engineering, etc.

NATA is the main examination via which you will be able to secure admission in a college of repute for a course in architecture. So, if you are looking for admission in an architectural course you should re appear for the NATA. However, there are other exams you can opt for, names of which I have mentioned below:
Entrance exams:
NATA
Full Name: National Aptitude test in Architecture.
JEE Mains Paper 2
Full Name: Joint Entrance Exam.
AMU B.Arch Exam
Full Name: AMU B.Arch entrance exam.
KCET for Architecture.

Candidate should have a minimum pass percentage of 50% marks in 12th standard. The institution may conduct entrance examination within the colleges. However, some colleges also offer direct admission based on the 12th standard. The eligibility criteria for this course differs from college to college. Yes, definitely, you have a chance to get a call from IIMs, provided you do well in CAT. For a better idea, you can visit the website of IIM and can check out about the weightage each IIM gives to these components, as each IIM gives different weightage to your past academic record.
