CMAT score of 71% is too low.
But, you can try for PGDM and do extremely well in the GDPI rounds to stand a chance.

There are a number of options regarding fine arts colleges in Delhi. Some of the institutes offering BFA or equivalent courses are DU, Jamia, Amity university, Apeejay etc. I think the best option is the DU but Pvt institutes are also good. Educational qualification that you need is 10+2 with at least 60% to apply. The candidate needs to have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination / an Examination of another University or Board recognised as equivalent thereto, with not less than 50 percent marks.

Yes, if you really want to do HR course then first try to complete your graduation. Take admission in graduation in English hons. Improve your English very well and improve your speaking power. After the completion of your graduation with English honors go for HR course. You will get lots of advantage then. You will easily learn HR course, but after 12th also you may do HR course. But after 12th if you go for HR course then I don't think you will be a very good in HR. Go for HR course after graduation.
