The admission procedure depends from college to college. Every college has their own entrance procedures. For example at Symbiosis-All Indian students are required to take the Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design SEED 2018), which will be held on May 5, 2018 (Saturday). No candidate is entitled to seek admission to SID without a valid SEED score. Also, for NID-

But you need to have a very good record in your field of sports. And also, you need to give trials.
For OBC, parents annual income certificate is checked to know whether you fall under creamy or non-creamy layer.
For SC/ST, you have a lower cutoff percentage. Usually comes down to 80s.
But, you can't apply for two reservations. Either you choose Sports quota or SC/ST/OBC quota.

I don't think anyone can tell you with 100% surety which university will give you the admission. This depends on the university, your marks are alright except class 12 and the universities you applied are also good ones basis your profile. It also depends on your personal statement, what you wrote, how you wrote your SOP, how good the letters of recommendations were and your overall application package. You can just hope that atleast one of them gives you a call.
