If you want NIT college, admissions are mostly done through JEE main entrance exam. But, if you belong to OBC category, then you should score above 130 marks for best NIT College. Suppose you got 85 to 110 marks, then you can be eligible for IIIT engineering college.

Dear Vishal! Your class 10th CGPA Matters when you will choose the stream in class 11th. Rest it's all depends on your class 12th marks for B.Tech admission.
