There are a number of courses which are available to you after class 12th. Please refer to the link provided below for a detailed list of options available to you after class 12th. Since you have opted for PCB you should look for a career in medicine or science, but that is entirely up to you. Select the appropriate career and proceed with the appropriate choice.

You will have to take a call whether you possess the qualities to serve as a forest official. If you are interested in forestry, you should pursue your interests. The duties of forestry professionals include:
Conserving forest and forest resources.
Managing forest resources.
Conserving and protecting wildlife.

Most of the colleges admit students on the basis of merit in B.Com (Hons) course. You will have to follow the merit list produced by the various commerce colleges to see which colleges you are eligible for. You can find a list of top commerce colleges in India by referring to this link:
