There is no simple answer to this question. Different people have different interests and different definition of valuable. Commonly Engineering, Medical, Law, Architecture, Management are some of the sectors yielding high paying jobs but not for all. On the other hand creative people can earn handsomely in areas of designing, arts & music, etc.

Your 12th score is bit on the lower side. Though it won't create much problem in getting admission in B-Schools, you can start preparing for CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT and other MBA entrance exams.
