Hello,
I am not really sure if foreign universities offer B.Ed course in the same way as India does. As per the details available on the wikipedia page, in the US and Canada, B.Ed is a five-year degree required for teaching certification.
In Australia, it is a four-year degree. There are two concentrations-Primary and Secondary. Based on this, you can appear in your desired teaching course.
It would be convenient to suggest some good universities that proffer B.Ed courses if you had mentioned other countries you are willing to study in. After Brexit, the immigrant students are not enrolled in the university courses that easily in England.

As per RIIMs website: Minimum 50 percentile. A good score strengthens your application but does not guarantee admission while a low score does not necessarily mean exclusion. In fact they test overall potential of the student.

Just remember that boards are very important for JEE as well as future.
Attend your school classes regularly and concentrate well on them because those are the basics for competitive exam syllabus.
At any cost, you have to go through the basics so it's better to focus on school syllabus well.
Boards syllabus is the subset of competitive exam syllabus.
Grasp school course well and practice everything on the same day. This way, you will clear up the burden of boards. And along with it, prepare for competitive exams in the same manner.
