Yes, surely you can opt for language courses like core and advance java and even for the manual & automation testing courses. Look out for the good centers in the area and to know the exact scenario for faculty etc, get in touch with the current students through social media or in person.

Hi,
There is an online application form for IELTS. There is a calendar of IELTS examination and you have to select a date on which you want to give the exam.
Speaking is on some other day while reading, listening and writing is on the same day in quick succession, i.e. no gap is there in between, so check out online and see the IELTS exam date.
