There is an online application form for IELTS. There is a calendar of IELTS examination and you have to select a date on which you want to give the exam.
Speaking is on some other day while reading, listening and writing is on the same day in quick succession, i.e. no gap is there in between, so check out online and see the IELTS exam date.

You can go for SSC CGL exam, CDS exam or any competition exam for jobs or if you want to study further then you may go for MA or M.Ed course which would be beneficial for you.
