A Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is a qualification that allows you to act as a Pilot in Command or PIC of a single pilot aircraft or as co-pilot of a multi-pilot aircraft.

As you have a great interest in economics, definitely you must do your higher studies on that ground. After class 12thyou need complete your graduation in economics. Then, you can study either in India or abroad. After graduation, numbers of options you will find from different directions for both study and job.

First of all, I am glad that you are very clear about what exactly you want to do and it doesn't matter if you got 60% marks in class 12th. I don't know much about Institutes offering game development courses, so I am skipping any suggestions regarding which Institutes to join. You have many options before you other than engineering. Different courses you can opt for other than engineering are as follows:
1) B.Sc.
2) BBA
3) BA (Pass/Hons)
4) B.Com (Pass/Hons)
5) BCA

You can opt for B.Sc in science, if you had science, and B.Sc in commerce, if you had commerce. You can also opt for courses like photography, cinematography, dance, music, defence, navy, NDA, hotel management courses, BBA, BBA+MBA, journalist, B.Sc in English, B.Sc in Hindi, B.Sc in Drawing. You can become a teacher by doing B.Sc. If you don't get a government college, then don't worry. You can go for private college. You can start teaching kids to enhance your education and earn money.
