Hello Mohit,
We all fall prey to cliches or innuendo's. This is one such case. Believe me, there is absolutely no difference between NIOS 12th and CBSE's. You can definitely join either based on your NIOS 12th.

It's very nice to know that you have done diploma in fire & safety. This training has great potential in all industries. They are mandatirily required to employ trained personnel to ensure safety.

Commerce, Economics etc. do not have any limitations in job opportunities. You can choose business, CA, hospitality, e-commerce, economics, Real Estate and many more. As I don't have any idea about your academic background, I can't point out any option where you can fit.

Definitely, you shouldn't leave your study. You need to do a little hard work to get good marks in accountancy. After intermediate, you can go for any Diploma course. When you will get any job after Diploma, you cannot achieve higher position without sufficient educational qualifications. You are advised to study how much you can, because commerce graduate has ample opportunities of better career. After graduation, you choose some professional course which can give a bright future.

As an elder sister, I can only suggest you that if you want to study, then it is you who will do it. No one can study instead of you. You are not in right track due to lack of motivation. So, watch some motivational videos on YouTube like inspirational videos of Sandeep Maheshwari, Tedtalks, and others, but only one in a week for half end hour only. Discuss with your family and friends about the issues why you are not able to study but politely and ratify your mistake as quick as possible, as you may have exam in March. You have following options to become a software engineer:
(a) B.Tech CS/ IT
(b) BCA-MCA,
(c) B.Sc-M.Sc CS/IT.
(d) Diploma in Computer Science from a polytechnics
(e) Computer courses
With you are subjects in 10+2 you are eligible to do any of the degree or diploma mentioned above to become a software engineer. You may work hard to do B.Tech CSE/IT from a prestigious engineering college.

The eligibility depends on the type of course that you wish to pursue, the details of some courses is stated below:
Diploma Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelors Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate & PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT etc.

One can go for B.Sc or a B.E degree in Environmental Science. The minimum qualification required for this is 12th standard with Science subjects. The course duration is of three years.
Some universities require minimum pass percentage of 50% in PCM (10+2) level. Few reputed universities conduct entrance exams for admission into B.Sc. courses.
Selection is based on marks scored in the entrance test and marks scored in the 10+2 level.
