Hello Upendra,
First of all just don't worry. Admissions to engineering colleges are through one or the other entrance exams. Start preparing for JEE Mains and your state's CET. Remember have dream of being in 75 percentile. This will ensure admission in top rung college.

You can do a lot of course in the medical field. BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy), BOT (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy), BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), BSP (Bachelor of Speech Therapy), Nursing, B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy), BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery), BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery Naturopathy and Yoga ). In non-medical, you can do B.Sc zoology, botany microbiology, biotechnology or biochemistry. You can do B.Tech in biotechnology, food technology or B.Sc forensic science. I tried to cover all the fields.
