Admissions to IIMs are based on CAT only. And of course, this is after graduation in any discipline. You just don't worry about your marks till now, but must concentrate on scoring better and better in each exam henceforth.

All B.Sc courses are based on marks obtained in 12th and all engineering courses are based on some or the other entrance exam.
