The requirements of domicile in Maharashtra are quite complex. Of course with 10th & 12th both being from Maharashtra I feel your son qualifies for Maharashtra quota. But I suggest you download PDF file website of www.dte and study it thoroughly.

You can opt B.A performing arts in reputed university like Pondichery University, Delhi university, Madras University. It will provide more scope than BA acting
