Yes, you can get into science if you want to become an IAS officer. Many engineering students also become IAS officer. It is not mandatory that if you study science then you have to get into medical field. You can take general B.Sc and prepare well for IAS exam.

You may pursue this course along with your graduation. A degree with game designing skill will help you to get a better job. However, graduation is not mandatory for any game designing course.

Yes, you can, provided you have done your 12th from science stream with PCM with good marks as per the eligibility criteria, along with cleared JEE Mains or state level JEE for engineering.
