CAT and MAT syllabus are almost the same. So you can follow Career Launcher coaching center's study material and R.S Agrawal and Arun Sharma books.

You can complete your PUC by enrolling into NIOS.

If you were unable to clear maths and physics, it would only make sense to re-appear for the examinations and try to clear them in your second attempt. Your chances only depend on the level of preparation in the two subjects. Take help from your fellow students and study as much as you can to improve your chances to clear the subjects.
