Why do you want to go abroad for working right after 12th? Shouldn't you complete your graduation? If there is some family issue or your family's financial condition is not good, then you must stay in India and find work. While working try to do a part time or distance education course. Going abroad after 12 to work is not a good idea. No good organization would hire an unskilled person. Working condition of the labourers in most countries is not good.

In that case you can opt for M.Sc. Doing PG with full focus and dedication will fetch you good marks. Being a PG will help you to go ahead in your career, especially if you like to share knowledge, i.e. teaching.

B.Pharmacy is better option for you an many students opting B.Sc after B.Tech so it has more crowd and B.Pharmacy has average good scope than B.Sc. So B.Pharmacy is better.

You are not eligible for 3 years' LLB as you are not a graduate degree holder. Diploma in CSE is not equivalent to degree. However based on your 12th qualification you are eligible to seek admission in 5 year BA+LLB or BBA+LLB integrated law courses. These courses are offered by various universities and admission is based on entrance examinations. NLUs are best Universities for 5 years integrated law degree program.

The Indian Maritime University is a Central University, that was established by Government of India for imparting quality education in the maritime field. It has an All-India jurisdiction and the headquarters is at Chennai.
It has campuses at Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Visakhapatnam and Cochin. University conducts degree and Post graduate courses on Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Ship building and International Transportation and Logistics Management. Eligibility criteria to obtain Commercial Pilot License is as follows:
(a) Class XII under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50 per cent marks in Mathematics and Physics.
(b) Minimum 16 years of age to be eligible for a Private Pilot License and 17 for a Commercial Pilot License.
(c) Vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
(d) General physical fitness as approved by DGCA is mandatory.
