It's quite good to know that you have clarity in your mind. After completion of 12th, there are plenty of short courses in IT, like data entry, web page design, animation, games, and many more. There will be plenty of Institutions in your area that would be conducting these courses.

Right now, I hope you would be in a good college. So, it is not right to answer this now but I'm answering for the sake of others.
With this cut-off score, you cannot get any top colleges but some average colleges you can get. Look for a good one in the counselling.
