You have scored quite nicely in your 12th. Just looking at your marks, I feel you should get admission and of course visa for Canada. But I would advise you to approach an agency that is full time into this to know about some typical or minor road blocks!!

Hello Shahid,
Your chances are really high to get ECE with 98.1% in board exam and 116 in JEE Mains. The tuition fee structure is 55,000/- per semester and the hostel fees will be around 10000-15000/- per annum and mess fee will be a maximum of 10000/- only.
So for a year, the overall fees will be 1,50,000-1,80,000 INR only.
