If you give me your reference place, I can give you more information. Delhi University, Patna University, Karnataka University and Anna University are the best options for B.Sc physics honors.

You will get admission in DU in B.Sc mathematics course if you have passed your 10+2 mathematics with 50% and 45% aggregate marks. You have scored 68%, so the chances of getting admission in DU for you are more.

You have to got 75% marks to be in top 20% percentile of college. But nevertheless, you can get admission in NIT-Raipur. But firstly, there is the first requirement. So, you can go for some integrated course in branch selection and then, the internal sliding, you can get the branch as per the requirement.

For being a pilot, you should be at least 18 years old and you should have had completed your 10+2 in science stream. Your score should be at least 60% in physics, chemistry, and mathematics while having good communication skills and command of English language.
You will need to be fit and healthy to qualify for the fitness criteria.
Moreover, if you are thinking of getting into the Indian Air Force, additional fitness standards will also apply:
Height at least 162 cm with appropriate weight.
Leg length - 99 to 120 cm, thigh length should not be more than 64 cm and sitting height should be 82 cm to 96 cm.
