No, it is not possible for universities which give admission on merit base but you can search and try for universities such as Jamia, IPU, etc. which give admission on entrance bases in various courses. But they are almost close now for this year.

If you're really interested in HM, taking any course shouldn't matter. Choose what you enjoy or you can also go for a Diploma.

If you have completed your 12 then you should prefer engineering in CS branch and also join an additional Diploma course on any language so as to get help during placements.

Considering your JEE Mains paper 2 and NATA score there is no way to get admission in USAP. I know you have OBC quota but your rank is too high.

During interviews, your current knowledge of the subject you are going to teach will matter more than your class 12th marks. Make it your strong point and let the impact of fewer marks in 12th be covered by you. So prepare well all the best.

There are not much quality job opportunities after 12th, I suggest you to go for further studies as it will improve your capabilities and job profile, it will get you more paid jobs, if you can't do regular college from any reason, do it by distance learning.

Your marks are not enough in MHCET to get a good engineering college. However, you may get a college through MHCET if you have any caste reservation or else you can take admission in any private college/university.

Your class 12th marks have least impact on your placements. All that would matter is your CV, grades and work ethics.
