You have lot of option with you such as Engineering, Medical, B.Sc, BCA, BA, Hotel management, fashion designer and many more course. it is just your interest which field you wants to do.

AAIMS, JIPMER, NEET AND AFMC are the leading exams, insofar admission into govt. colleges are concerned. The private ones conduct separate exams.

I would earnestly suggest not to drop. Better join any light course and simultaneously prepare for competitive.

Well, the marks you scored says that you can't get IIT directly you have to do long term which will grab your talent and you can end up in IITS.Better approach a better institute and keep focused.

Yes, there are slim chances for you to get admission into USAP for B.Arch with 108 marks in NATA as 90+ marks are considering for admission in B.Arch colleges.
Also, you have benefit of having OBC quota. It will help you to get into USAP.
