Yes, you can however an Economics, Statistics and Mathematics combination is more apt if your final goals is to become an economist.

Hi Sandip, you can do BCA if you had maths. If not check diploma programs but without maths you cannot pursue a degree program in a technical field. But check a few private colleges if they could give admissions on the basis of your math scores in 10th standard.

You directly take up a chemical engineering course specialising in petrochemicals in the final year or you could also take up a direct course for training on the oil rig. It would be a technician's course though and will not fetch you a well paid job.
