You can get some NITs like Goa, Manipur, Sikkim, Agartala, etc. and some IIITs but I think you may not get it in the first round of counselling.

No, you have to firstly graduated from any course after 12th then you are eligible to appear in the civil service examination so you can join any graduation course and take coaching for IPS.

You are not eligible to seek admission in any graduation degree until you complete 10+2. You are advised to clear 10+2 first.

If you had not cracked any engineering entrance examinations then you are advised to opt for BCA-MCA to become a computer software engineer.

Animation course is very creative and there is a wide scope also with good career opportunities.

You cannot go for engineering after class 12th commerce. For that, you need to complete class 12th in science or you should take admission for Diploma in engineering. So after completing class 12 in commerce, you can go for automobile engineering.

You should go for B.Sc because your percentage is not good.

You must have at least 55% in class 12. It's enough. The importance is given to the entrance exam.

It's better if you can join during +2 vacations or holidays.
