Normally diplomas train you in skill enabling you to join work force. But they are after 12th. I suggest you do B Com and then this diploma as PG diploma.

Yes, the students from other state can also apply for TNEA counselling. For that, you need to meet the required eligibility conditions. You need to apply for counselling at www.annauniv.edu. I think the applications have been closed on May 31st. So, you can contact the admin for further details.

Getting into B.Com Christ University with 75 percentage would be really difficult through general merit, however, if you have any references in the college, you might get through.

B.Pharm (lateral entry): Minimum 17 years of age and maximum 23 years. Should have passed 12th with 50% marks in physics, chemistry, biology. In place of biology, biotechnology or computer science or maths are also eligible.
