Hello Ananya,
For getting admission in any college you have to pass 12th exam. If you got compartment in chemistry, it means you have failed in Chemistry. You can seek admission only after clearing backlog.

Hello Ekata,
This path normally is not followed and hence only sketchy information is available. However it is not impossible. Again medium of instruction is mother tounge and hence it's best if your ward goes to english speaking country.

Without doubt, marine engineering is the one which will fetch you max salary. Then comes chemical engineering and then only software. Of course this is my surmise and you can differ!!
