You can join B.Sc in any stream or if you think you can try harder than you can also consider engineering.

You can apply for NIFT or Pearl Academy of Design. These two are the top colleges for fashion designing and they provide you the degree of bachelors of design after a 4 years course. NIFT has its own entrance exam which is held in the month of February. You can start preparing for it from now itself. Just make sure you pass your 12 with aggregate of 45% marks.
