Your JEE score is good enough. But your 12th percentage is not enough to make you eligible to get into NIT.

If you are failed in 12th CBSE board exam then don't be worried about it, if you fail in one subject then you can clear your paper by supplementary paper or if you are failing in more than one then wait for next year.

Hi,
Please specify the name of the college in which you want to get admission. As you are trying to mention a college, there are many factors that determine the admission.
With this rank in JEE Mains you cannot get the top NITs.

You need to re-appear for the exam and then take admission in the college.

To study MBBS you need to write NEET exam and should get a good score to get a good medical college. It has been made compulsory so that you can get MBBS or BDS only if you write NEET exam.
Your percentage is not bad but if you wish to get a college (not MBBS or BDS) then you cannot get a good one with this score. If you want to go in medical stream, then you can try veterinary science as it doesn't require any entrance exam.
