Hello Vidushi,
You have just squeezed in ! But your rank in JEE Mains is on the lower side. If only you had scored little more, your rank would have been better. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you:

Hi,
IPU, Delhi conducted its individual entrance exam for admission in BJMC course. If you have given the entrance and have scored well (cleared the cut-off of colleges), you can definitely take admission there.

Percentage is too less. Seek some private colleges for direct admission.

Little chances are there as for B.Tech CSE, DU has made cutoff of 92-99%. Students can also seek relaxation of 5-10% under their categories.

Hi,
To pursue IAS, there is no need to go for a particular degree. You can study any degree and write UPSC exam. The questions are political and based on general knowledge. So there is no need to have a specific degree.

Hello,
Yes, while academic grades are very important universities also look for other qualities in a student. You must showcase your unique talents and skills to the university at the time of admission. They look for all-rounders.

Hello,
The process is quite simple and mostly online. Every university has its own admission portal which comprises an online application form with provisions for students to submit their education (high school details and marks), personal and professional details. Universities in USA have a common application portal called The Common Application or Common App, you have to register or create an account here and select the universities you want to apply to. Every university has its deadlines too, you must make sure you apply before the deadlines. Similarly there are application portals for UK and Canada universities too.

Hello Abhinav,
Firstly, don't lose hope. It does not matter even if you have not appeared for any competitive exams. You can seek admission in science or commerce or humanities or liberal arts. What subject interests you? You must take this subject for graduation.

Even if you have not studied economics at 10+2 level you are eligible for BBA or BMS, however please note that your percentage is very low to get into any well reputed colleges.
