You have not mentioned if you have already given JEE Mains or not. JEE Mains is already over. For seats in states, there is normally centralised admission and you have to register there. For private colleges, you have to apply directly.

Options are B.Tech or BE in CSE, ME, EEE, etc. depending on your interest. If you are not too strong in quants go for a B.Sc degree with honours in either physics or chemistry or you can consider BCA, B.Sc IT, B.Sc CS, B.Com, B.Sc-LLB, B.Arch, etc.
