To have a career in the area you mentioned you must have excellent software development skills and knowledge. You may pursue a BCA or B.Sc CS degree. The eligibility for first year B.Arch is:
1) The candidate should have at least 40% i.e at least 80/200 to get admission in the first year B.Arch course.
2) The candidate should have passed 12 th or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% in mathematics and English as a subject of study.
So, in all you should get 50% in maths and English and should have cleared 12th. In NATA exam you need to get 80/200 to pass the exam.
