Narsee Monjee is famous for MBA. You are still in class 12th. Graduation of any branch is acceptable. They look for your thinking ability. There are plenty of MBA's with commerce at graduation.

You can apply for Diploma courses or Bachelor's degree courses in tourism and hospitality. For long term prospects, you can apply for a Bachelor's degree.

Automobile design is a very esoteric topic. Italian designers are most sought after. Many of them are students of fine arts and look from aesthetic point of view. Others are doing research in IC engines some are doing research in hybrid tech. I would suggest you do graduation in mechanical, then you can pursue M.Tech in machine design.

If you are applying for a Master's degree or a PG Diploma, you are not eligible with 49%. You can apply basis your class 12th and Bachelor's degree. I will advise you to send an email to some universities before applying.

You cannot neglect chemistry, physics and mathematics because it is the part of eligibility for engineering admission through JEE Mains.

For anything in aviation, some minimal knowledge of science is a must. Hence, science stream is a must. But, you can take one of the finance courses. After completion of graduation, you can opt for MBA.
