Hello Rajesh,
I understand and appreciate your interest in pursuing engineering course. Most of the private colleges in India allow admission into engineering courses with a minimum of 50 percent in 12th standard. You can appear for those entrance examinations and once qualified, you can appear for the counselling process and opt for your preferred college and branch of engineering. For the list of the different entrance examinations, kindly refer to the link below for more information:

Hello Anantha,
There is no escaping maths in 12th if you want to pursue engineering. It's always a PCM group marks that will be spoken and required to be quoted. Think differently and may be you will start liking maths.

No Sudeep, colleges in India don't follow this practice. You have to clear your exams including your compartments before applying.

Hello Varun,
Mistakes do happen. Window of one week is normally given to edit mistakes. Look out for that window. Even if this field is not editable, don't worry. It's not a fatal mistake. Continue with your studies.

Hello Sumit,
I appreciate your interest in pursuing B.Tech. However, I would like to inform you that the marks/percentage obtained overall in 12th standard plays an important role in deciding your eligibility for the course. Therefore, it is not possible to apply for B.Tech without disclosing your 12th standard marks.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.
