Hello Syed,
You have scored quite well in JEE Mains but your marks of 12th are a little on the lower side. Unfortunately, you have scored below the minimum requirement and hence admission to NITs is ruled out. You can get in private colleges accepting JEE Mains score.

Hello Anindya,
The eligibility criteria for admission to any NIT is to have minimum 75% marks in 12th. This is for general category candidates. If you are from this category then you are unfortunately not eligible.

The MAT cut-off for PUMBA is 600. So, the probability of your selection through above score is very nominal but you can still try your luck.

No one ever said becoming a doctor was easy. Medical school is competitive, rigorous and expensive. If you're going to invest the considerable time, effort and money necessary to earn your MD or DO, then you want your medical career to be rewarding enough financially and otherwise to make your work worthwhile.
You can look for specializations like:
1. Radiology.
2. Oncology.
3. Cardiology.
You can have a look at the medical specialisations mentioned below in the link:

There is no such combination of course as of now. You can either pursue a full-time degree course in management and simultaneously pursue a part time course in fine arts (certification course).

All these subjects won't lead you to medical field. Instead, you can join a degree course in either botany or zoology.
