Firstly, you can appear for 12th class again with the same subjects with NIOS in coming October month. Next year, apply for good Bachelor degree programme because every good university require a decent percentage in class 12th.
Otherwise, you can can think of these programmes:
Travel and tourism
Hotel management
Journalism
Animation programme
Social work
Foreign language
You need to check with different universities for eligibility and their admission process.
But think about your caliber and interest and accordingly choose the way.
Dropping a year to improve your 12th class score would be a way to reach your target career.

I would recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data.
You can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for Java courses followed by networking courses and CCNA/ CCNB (CISCO) courses. After this, you can also opt for CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification courses, if you wish to.
You need to ensure that you pursue these courses alongside a degree course, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc, etc. for better outcome.
Remember, Mathematics is an integral part of Computers. Every dimension of Computers is an analytical aspect in which Mathematics plays a very crucial role. So, you need to build up a very strong hold in Mathematics.

Computer Science Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Information Science Engineering are some of the various names for Software Engineering courses. To opt for these, you need to appear for various Engineering entrance examinations. The Engineering Entrance Examinations occur at 3 levels:
1. National Level: This includes JEE Mains and Advanced. JEE Advanced grants admission into IITs while JEE Mains grants admission into NITs and other government colleges. These colleges are cost-effective.
2. State Level: These entrance examinations are conducted by different states and grants admission into private colleges and a few government colleges of the state. Some examples are WBUT in West Bengal, OJEE in Odisha, EAMCET in Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, COMEDK in Bangalore etc. These are a bit expensive, but acts as backup if JEE Mains examination didn't end up well.
3. Some private universities like SRM, LPU, AMITY, KIIT, VIT etc. conduct their own entrance examinations. These colleges are comparatively more expensive.
You can prepare a list of such entrance examinations you wish to appear for. Once you qualify the entrance examination, you will be attending the counselling process wherein you have to select your preferred college and the branch of Engineering you wish to pursue.
