SNU gives admissions based onUPSEE / JEE Mains. So you don't have to worry as you have applied. It's located in Dadri in greater Noida. I feel you do have a chance if you study well.

If you have passed class 12th, and want to pursue Diploma, then you can do one year Diploma course in computer hardware and networking engineering from institute like, Jetking, etc.

Hello Majinder,
It will be great, if you go for class 11th and 12th. After completing your class 10, you can choose non-medical stream in class 11th. You need to complete class 12th with good grades and take admission in an engineering college in civil branch.
