If you are good with drawing then go for graphic designing or VFX and if you have a creative mind with innovate ideas then advertising is the best option.
Think about your skills and then join any of these courses.

Hi Anish,
53% is low but you will find options. Ideally 55% and above is required. You must also take IELTS, a score above 6 should be targeted since your academics are not too strong. SOP, Letter of Recommendation etc. will also be checked. Check the study abroad section on https://Shiksha.com, you will find university names. You can visit the links for entry requirements.

Your 12th grade is not so much high and for B.Tech in engineering for good colleges in India, JEE should be must. If you aren't willing to give JEE, then there are exams for private colleges such as VITEEE, SRMJEEE, BITS, UPSEAT for good private colleges like VIT, SRM, BITS or UPES respectively.
Hope you understood.

Dear,
It is not wise to pursue CEH course prior to Graduation I.e. B.Tech in CSE/IT or BCA. Actually, CEH course as available is not of so useful as projected. You may go with networking course followed by security course like CCNA security, Knowledge of programming is very much needed. Knowledge of IP address, MAC address, routing protocols, how LAN, WAN work. There are so many things in the domain. Security professionals with strong knowledge base are of high demands in IT Domain. Go with deserving foundation. Best wishes.

My dear friend, first of all BCA is an opposite field than BBA and B.Com. If you are interested in developing applications of operating system, then BCA is for you. If you are interested in administration related to business and commerce then BBA will be good for you. I would like to suggest you go for BBA where you will have lot of opportunities. Because BBA is a professional degree, whereas B.Com is a simply an academic degree.
Thank-you.
