There is no criteria on class 12th marks. Student must be a graduate and should have passed class 10th and 12th. There is no minimum percentage required.

You need to complete your graduation before applying for MPSC.
The minimum educational qualification is as follows:
1. A candidate must hold a degree from any of the universities incorporated by the Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament.
