1. Structure your time and be thorough with all the concepts of each subject.
2. Analyse your strengths and weaknesses to work accordingly. Discuss your answer sheets with your respective subject teachers to know how to write better answers.
3. CBSE uploads sample answer every year so you may check those.
4. Attempt and practice as many as mock papers possible.
5. Make notes and keep them revising at frequent intervals.
The most important is to keep your brain and body both healthy. So, eat healthy and give your best.

Medical stream students after 10+2 can opt for following non medical degree courses :
(a) BBA
(b) BCA if student has Maths as a subject in 10+2
(c) 5 years integrated Law
(d) BPharma
(e) B.Sc Nursing
(f) B.Sc Home Science
(g) Hotel Management
(h) Fashion Designing
(I) NDA to join Armed Forces
(j) Changing stream to Humanities, Commerce, Economics of Fine Arts
(k) B.Sc/ B.Sc Hons in subject of your choice
(l) Degree in alternate medicine.

You can change from PCM to PCB. For this you have to write an written application to your school management and they will give you permission to change the field. The school authorities will transfer your application to CBSE or respective board after the approval from the principal of school and they will then change the registration details.

From next year onwards, you can only get into IITs if you have 75% in 12th boards or you are in the top 20 percentile of the state board. For SC/ST, the percentage is 65% in 12th boards.
