The require percentage is minimum 50% in most of the colleges for Psychology programme in Delhi. But, the admission process would be different that you need to check from particular university and specially in Delhi University there will be percentage cut-off.

You have a good chance of admission at IIM- C/FMS and other premium B-Schools. I would suggest you to prepare for current affairs, B.Tech related basics, macroeconomics and some puzzles and mathematics as such for WAT & PI.

2. Which field you want to study in abroad? Is it suitable for your career?
3. How much will it cost?
4. You need to find out foreign rules and regulations of universities and admission procedure. After the final decision, you can look for scholarship, so that you can take education at lower cost.

There is no eligibility. It all depends on your caliber and interview skills along with more than 60% across.
