Any graduation course is eligible to appear for UPSC exam. You can choose any graduation course according to your interest like B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, BCA, etc.

You can almost be assured of a PI call. If you perform reasonably well in your PI-Extempore round, you are likely to convert your call as well.

You do have chances of getting a call. To apply, you can go to the website of the college and apply or you can also apply from the website of IMT-Ghaziabad. The application form available at IMT Ghaziabad's website is for all the three colleges i.e. Ghaziabad, Nagpur and Hyderabad.
