Your academic profile is not suitable for Canada. 57% is very low and also your IELTS score is not up to the mark. There might be colleges who can send you an admission offer but visa chances are less. You can check colleges under SPP who can accept your profile but visa chance is dicey. Kindly, note that you can apply for a student visa only after you apply to a college and receive the admission offer from the college. Try retaking the IELTS and improve your English skills. Yes you have chances to get a call from MANAGE. It's cut-off is around 80 percentile.

Less chances to get IIT-KGP at this score, a score around 90-95 percentile is a good score to get a call from IIT-KGP.

The cut-off is not out yet. For your reference, last year's CAT cut off for PGDM and PGDM-IB was 84% and 76% respectively. I hope this gives you an idea.
