Both the fields are good. But, if you are planning for BCA then after 3 years you will need to study MCA also as BCA alone will not get you a very good hob in IT sector. As far as hotel management is concerned you need to appear for the NCHMCT JEE which conducts entrance exam for admission in reputed government hotel management colleges in India.

It is difficult to predict the cut-off since the application process is not over. Once it gets over i.e. post 20th Jan, we would be able to give a better idea. For your reference, last year's CAT cut-off for PGDM and PGDM-IB was 84% and 76% respectively. I hope this helps you.

Yes, you can easily get as you have work experience also.The average package offered in PSGIM is around Rs 5.5 lakhs per annum with the highest package of Rs 12 lakhs per annum (Marketing). For others (HR, finance & operations) - Rs 8 lakhs per annum.
