B.Com (Hons.) and BA (Hons.) Economics are the best options after 10+2 for Commerce students provided it is done from a top ranking college.

More than 85% is mandatory for general category students, for other categories even lower marks can do. Mostly, you would need good graduation score and work experience.

Your chances are very good. Admission will also depend on other competitive applications, your overall profile, extracurriculars, recommendation letters and so on. Write to the department advisors before applying.

Firstly, education loan will be sanctioned on the basis of your admission in a particular university and you have to meet the eligibility of the course you are applying for.

Commercial pilot, merchant navy, Indian foreign services, MBA marketing from top B-Schools are few careers with lots of opportunities to travel. You may choose any based on your interests.

You can go for B.Sc or Integrated M.Sc in biology or molecular biology and biotechnology. You can apply them for the central universities like Tezpur Central University in Assam. They conduct their own entrance TUEEE. For job, what you can do is you can join for a project assistant under any faculty (in the same university).
