You should opt for B.Com or BBA, and then pursue MBA in entrepreneurship.

Can I know about your field of interest? If you are good with languages, then opt for humanities stream. Engineering cannot be the only option.

In commerce stream, there are lot of space to make career in various courses like:

A general trend is to opt for B Tech/BE. You must clear state/national level entrance examinations to become eligible for B.Tech. B.Tech through lateral entry after a recognised polytechnic Diploma is not a bad idea and gives you an extra edge to compete in the job market. B.Sc in Science, Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Animation and Multimedia, BBA and BCA are also good choices. If your ultimate aim is an MBA, then any graduation will do. Public Administration and Political Sciences may also be aimed at if you are determined for a career in Civil Services.

There are many courses. You should choose a course wisely.

Diploma is the course which you can do after your 10th. After 12th from commerce, you can do B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.

You can become a surgeon after MBBS. MBBS is graduation and neurosurgeon is post graduation .You have to clear NEET with very well marks and then you will get admission for MBBS because in India MBBS seats are very limited and lot of students prepare for this exam.

Accounting will be hard to go through for science students, since you don't have mathematics in your class 12th, it will be harder, but nothing is impossible if you have the will.
