You should have mathematics in HSC. After that, you need to qualify NATA or JEE Mains paper 2 entrance exam to pursue B.Arch.

You can pursue physics (Hons), chemistry (Hons) or mathematics (Hons). If you are interested in the technical field, you can also pursue B.Tech.

Can I know about the stream in which you have interest?

You have not mentioned the stream in which you completed your HSC education. If you belong to science stream, there are many options available. For example, engineering, medical, and science and research.

There are many courses after class 12th. CA is the best example of this. You can also join MBA to start a business, BCA for computer application, BSW for social worker, and B.Sc in IT to make my career in IT industry

After completing class 12th in PCM, many courses are there. You can pursue B.Tech or you opt for B.sc if you want to become a scientist or researcher. You can also appear for government exams or join defense services.
According to me, you should opt for engineering or research program.

You can pursue law, management or fashion designing course. You can get high salary package after completing any of these courses.

You can opt for journalism course or pursue CA. You can also prepare for competitive exams.

According to me, your class 10th and 12th percentage don't matter at all. Although, you should score good marks in SSC and HSC because preference is always given to the candidate with a good academic record.
