No course can guarantee you a job or will not help you getting a job if you are not clear with what you want. So, weigh your likes and dislikes, figure out your career plans and decide. Here are some of the courses which can be pursued after PCM which are always in demand, see what interests you.
Engineering (Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Core Engineering Branches such as Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering etc can fetch high paying jobs)
Teaching
Architecture
Biotechnology
Scientist (Research in an area of your interest)
Aviation
Government jobs

Hi Aniket, this depends on your profile and whether you have been accepted by the university in USA. You must first apply to a program and get the admission offer from the university. Do not apply for a visa out of the blue.
