Dear Rania,
There is no other way to pursue B.Sc without clearing 12th boards. It's better to waste one year and then get into a good college rather than getting into a one sitting exam or so and spoiling your career.

Yes, you can join in graduation course, even if you have failed in your 12th standard. And you can complete your 12th standard and graduation simultaneously. Following are some of the open universities, in which you can join to take a graduation course.

I think firstly you should complete your 12th class.
After completing 12th, you can prepare for CPT for CA or CS.
But if you are interested in Jobs & making career in young age, then you can also prepare for SSC CHSL Exam or Railway Exams.
