With 55% you won't get a good college. If you think you will be able to take this to at least 70 then go for improvement exam. Else join some vocational courses

chose PCB after 10 and for BA (honours) psychology at Sam Higginbotom Institute Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and prepare for Tata Institute Of Social Sciences for MA psychology programme because here u can get more opportunities

u can pursue.if u join an institute who offers u parallel study.there r many in india.just search for the best in Your city and go ahead.it wont b a prob as B.Com classes r generally held early mrng.n u will have enough time to attend Your fashion designing classes

for Commercial pilot you have to do 12th with physics and maths 50% marks
after that you can apply in any flying club in india or outside for yiour flight training , for your pilot licence you have to give some exams DGCA . total cost for training in india will be around 35 lacs

So what you can do is, you apply for the colleges which conduct their own entrance exams, some of the reputed ones are, B.S.
