It would be challenging to get admission into any good college witj below 60% in 12th so either look for private colleges or score very high in JEE.
If you are not sure of becoming an engineer, I would suggest you to take a career aptitude test as it will help you in understanding the further path better.

Few companies require 60% to shortlist you for the selection process. But there are companies who do not have set criteria but you must have a good performance in your graduation. Focus on your academics totally. Hope it helps.
